Completed Roofs

All completed roofs come the following guarantee:

• Paint Finish – 10 Years
• Mineral Finish – 15 Years
• Ultra Flex – 15 Years
• Resitrix – 20 Years

Repaired Roofs

No guarantee for repairs.

Voided Guarantees

Guarantee will be void if;

• Subsequential work by any person/company other than W.G. Hughes Roofing
• Subsequential work is carried out on the roof being the cause of the damage.
• Any holes cut into the pipes or skylights and/or any vents installed, which would require W.G. Hughes Roofing to reattend to reseal the roof. If W.G. Hughes Roofing do not complete remedial work, guarantee will be void.
• Any subsequential damage, i.e. wires or pipes or anything else that is screwed/attached through the roof, will void all guarantees.
• Any objects placed on top of the roof i.e. Bricks to hold wires down or heavy ornaments, will void all guarantees.
